Welcome to 323 Cleaning. We want every visit to be smooth and consistent, from booking to final walkthrough. Please review these friendly guidelines so our team can deliver the best result every time.

Before Your Appointment

 
  • Declutter floors and surfaces so we can clean efficiently.
  • Secure valuables and fragile items you prefer not to be handled.
  • Run the dishwasher if you want dishes loaded or unloaded.
  • Ensure water and power are available for vacuuming and mopping.
  • Let us know special instructions in advance through your booking or by text.

Access, Pets and Parking

 
  • Provide safe entry via key, code, lockbox, concierge or on-site contact.
  • Pets are family. Please secure anxious or off-leash pets during the visit.
  • Reserve a parking spot when possible. Parking fees may be added to the invoice.
  • Arrival window allows for traffic and job variability. We text updates when on the way.

What Is Included

 

Standard Residential Cleaning focuses on upkeep for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas.

  • Dusting of reachable surfaces, furniture, décor and baseboards.
  • Wipe exterior of appliances, counters, cabinet fronts and sinks.
  • Sanitize bathroom fixtures, mirrors and showers at a maintenance level.
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs. Sweep and mop hard floors.
  • Make beds and tidy rooms. Empty small trash bins.

Popular Add-Ons

 
  • Deep Cleaning for detailed build-up removal and inside appliances upon request.
  • Move In or Move Out for empty homes, inside cabinets, inside fridge and oven.
  • Commercial Cleaning for offices and clinics with tailored checklists and schedules.

Add-ons must be booked in advance so we allocate the proper time and team size.

What Is Not Included

 
  • Mold remediation, biohazards, pest infestations or heavy hoarding cleanup.
  • Exterior windows above safe reach or work that requires tall ladders.
  • Moving heavy appliances or furniture without prior approval.
  • Paint, grout or hard water restoration unless quoted as specialty work.

Recurring Service

 
  • Choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly plans for best value and consistency.
  • First-time visits may require a deep clean to reset the home.
  • Significant condition changes can affect service time and price.

Scheduling and Reschedules

 
  • Please provide at least [24 hours] notice for changes or cancellations.
  • Late cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee of $[amount].
  • Text us if you need a different arrival window. We try to accommodate.

Payment and Tips

 
  • Payment is due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • We accept approved cards and invoices through trusted providers.
  • Tipping is optional and appreciated for outstanding service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If something was missed, notify us within [24 hours]. We arrange a targeted re-clean of the affected areas as soon as possible. The re-clean covers items in the original scope only.
