Welcome to 323 Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any residential or commercial cleaning services we provide in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
We provide standard recurring residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and commercial cleaning. A written quote or service confirmation will specify the service level, frequency, and any add-ons.
Service Areas: Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Waxhaw, Huntersville, Cornelius, Concord and nearby communities within ~30 miles of Charlotte, NC.
2. Scheduling, Access & Preparation
- Access: You must provide safe entry (key, code, concierge, or on-site contact). Pets should be secured.
- Preparation: Please clear floors and surfaces of clutter and valuable/fragile items you prefer not to be handled.
- Arrival Window: We operate within an arrival window to allow for traffic and prior job variability.
3. Estimates, Pricing & Payments
- Estimates: Quotes are based on information provided and are subject to adjustment after walkthrough or on-site assessment.
- Billing: Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Methods: We may accept cash, card, ACH, or invoice via approved providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Late/Collections: Past-due balances may incur a late fee and/or collections costs as permitted by law.
4. Cancellations, Reschedules & Lockouts
- Notice: Please cancel or reschedule at least [24 hours] before your appointment.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations under the notice window may incur a fee of [50% of the service price or $[amount]].
- Lockout/No Access: If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee of $[amount] may apply.
5. Supplies, Equipment & Safety
- We provide professional supplies and equipment unless we agree to use client-provided products.
- For safety, we do not climb higher than a standard two-step ladder or move heavy appliances/furniture without prior approval.
- Team members may refuse tasks deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
6. Service Exclusions & Limitations
Unless explicitly included in writing, services do not cover: exterior windows above safe reach, pest/infestation remediation, mold removal, biohazards (including bodily fluids), hoarding cleanup, chimney/fireplace ash, paint removal, high-risk or specialty restoration, and areas with hazardous conditions.
7. Breakage, Damage & Liability
- Please point out fragile items; secure or remove valuables prior to service.
- Report any concerns within [24 hours] of service completion. We will assess and, if at fault, repair or reimburse at our discretion up to a reasonable amount.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, unstable mounts/shelves, or items improperly installed.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-cleans
If something was missed, notify us within [24 hours]. We will arrange a targeted re-clean of the affected areas as soon as reasonably possible. Re-cleans do not include additional areas or tasks not in the original scope.
9. Recurring Service Plans
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans may be discounted relative to one-time rates. Missed visits or significant condition changes can affect pricing. We may recommend an initial deep clean for first-time or long-interval services.
10. Move-In/Out & Post-Construction
These services require clear, empty spaces and utilities (water/power). Post-construction cleaning involves fine dust and may require multiple passes; quotes are estimates and can change if conditions vary.
11. Commercial Clients
Commercial agreements may include separate scopes, pricing, schedules, insurance documentation, and invoicing terms. Any conflicting terms in a signed commercial agreement will control over these Terms.
12. SMS, Calls & Communications
With your consent, we may send SMS or call for quotes, confirmations, reminders, and updates. Message/data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
13. Privacy
Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information (including cookies, analytics, and marketing).
14. Website Terms & IP
- All content, logos, and materials on our site are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.
- Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Disclaimers & Warranties
Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; your rights may vary.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or issues caused by inaccurate information you provide.
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, accidents, illness, labor shortages, utility outages, or other emergencies.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
20. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
